Order Online →Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled photo time to check in, fill out any forms, and get gear on. Your child's feet will show in team photos.
Online Pre-Orders — Best Price: This is your lowest pricing of the year. Use your organization's Pre-Order Access Code at preorder.nesportsphoto.com to pre-purchase products at discounted pre-order pricing, and to speed up check-in. Print your order form and check in before photos. Can't print? Bring your order info and see the table staff. Everything prints exactly as entered — please confirm all spelling first.
On-Site Payment: Exact Cash, Check, or Credit accepted. Card info is taken on-site and processed off-site. Our staff will not have cash change — please bring exact change if paying by cash.
Order Changes: No changes can be made to packages on the field. Questions or issues? Email cs@nesportsphoto.com.
Check-In: Everyone — even online pre-orders — must have paperwork in order before seeing the photographer. Check in at the table first so photos match the athlete and the correct team photo. Hand forms to the check-in table, not the photographer (turned-in forms aren't returned). Ordering online and printing your Picture Day Ticket speeds this up; no ticket? Check in with your order number and fill out a form.
Props: Plan ahead and bring your own equipment (bat, gloves, soccer ball, etc.) to reduce sharing. Teammates in the same sport may share that team's equipment.
Buddy Pics: Coaches with a child on the team can have a photo taken together ("Buddy Pic") and receive a FREE 5×7 with any purchase. Let the photographer know you're a coach so the right code is added. Note: this is only for the coach and their child, not every player.
Multiple Children: Please do not put multiple children on one order ticket. Each child must have their own order number, ticket, and name on the online order form. Sibling photos also need a separate form.
Everyone in the Team Photo: Anyone who wants to be in the team photo must fill out a form with their name and contact info — even if not ordering. You don't have to buy anything; your child just needs their individual photo taken to be included. This includes coaches.
Pre-order pricing is your lowest price of the year and it ends the day of Picture Day. After that, League Pre-Order Access Codes expire; each player's individual code is mailed 3–4 weeks later to order at orders.nesportsphoto.com.
